Most people come to the practice of any style of meditation, yoga, or self-care practice because they want to feel “better” in some way. Nᾱda Yoga provides a set of tools that helps you learn to “feel to heal.”

My stance is that you cannot always ‘think’ your way out of your feelings…but you CAN feel your way into them, and by feeling them, you process them, you ‘heal’ them - it’s a different approach to ‘letting go.’ It is not a substitute for therapy, but it is therapeutic.
